These activities do not replace professional medical or psychological care.
5. Payment, Booking and Refund Policy
5.1 Seminars, Workshops & Retreats
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, the amount of which is specified for each programme.
The balance is due no later than the first day of the seminar, according to the terms communicated at registration.
Payment in instalments is available upon request.
Cancellation policy:
• The deposit is non-refundable and covers reservation and organisational costs.
• In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start date, all amounts paid are non-refundable.
• If the place is taken by another participant, a partial or full refund may be considered.
• In case of serious and unforeseeable circumstances (hospitalisation, accident, major family emergency), a credit note or rescheduling may be offered upon presentation of supporting documentation.
• If the event is cancelled by the organiser, all amounts paid will be fully refunded.
5.2 Individual Sessions (in-person & remote)
Non-refundable and transferable.
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability up to 7 days before the session.
5.3 Yoga Classes & Guided Meditations
Non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the session.
After this deadline, the session is forfeited.
Transfer to another person is possible.
5.4 Online Teachings
Non-refundable.
A replay is available for 4 weeks after the session, allowing access to the content even in case of absence.
6. Personal Data
Data collected through this site is used for:
